Who's behind this

Built by someone who's actually done this work

I'm Romans Viluss, an IOSH Technical Member and the founder of My Easy Solutions. Over the last 10+ years I've worked in Health & Safety and Learning & Development across logistics, warehousing and food manufacturing — starting as a Facilities/Health & Safety Coordinator and Senior Fire Marshal, and now working as a Training Specialist, IOSH Training Centre Lead and Lead Trainer, Manual Handling Trainer, Registered First Aid Instructor, and RTITB Lift Truck Instructor.

I started My Easy Solutions because I kept seeing the same problem: training content that's either generic, outdated, or written by someone who's never actually delivered it on a warehouse or factory floor. Building proper training content, worksheets, spreadsheets or risk assessments from scratch takes real time — time most teams don't have to spare. So I've already done that work. Every resource here is built the way I'd want to receive it myself — properly sourced, genuinely practical, and easy to make your own.
